Become a user tester

Ever been to a website that's so difficult to use you give up?

Your opinion of websites is valuable and important to companies and we're willing to pay for your feedback.

As a usability tester you provide honest feedback about why you like or don't like websites or mobile apps. This helps companies to improve their site.

How it works

If you're chosen to participate, you'll be given a small number of questions and use supplied software to record a 15-20 minute video of what's happening on your screen – mouse movements, clicks, keystrokes – and your spoken comments while you use websites or mobile apps. No webcam required - your face is never recorded. You must:
  • be an Australian resident
  • be at least 18 years old
  • have your own PC or Mac (Mac OS X 10.5 or higher) with broadband Internet connection and an inbuilt or plug-in microphone
  • use our browser-based screen recorder to record your screen and verbal comments as you browse a sample website
  • be willing to provide honest and constructive feedback.
